Privacy Policy
Plain and short: we only hold the details you choose to send us, we use them to reply and to help you, and we never sell them.
Who we are
This site is run by EFD Ltd, trading as Warren - a company registered in Scotland (company number SC511476), registered office C/O Horizon Ca, 5 La Belle Place, Glasgow, G3 7LH. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us any time at hello@warrenhq.co.uk.
What we collect
Only what you type into our enquiry form:
- Your name and business name
- Your email and (if you give it) phone number
- Your message, how you would like us to reply, and the best time to reach you
- Your website address, if you add one
Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for a short time to keep the site secure and working. To understand how many people visit and which pages are useful, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is privacy-first: it sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not track you across other websites - so there is no cookie banner to click. We use no other analytics, advertising, or tracking on this website.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details to respond to your enquiry and, if you decide to work with us, to provide the services you ask for and stay in touch about them. Our lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and running our business. We do not use your details for any automated decision-making.
Who handles it
We keep things lean. Your enquiry is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare (which may process data on servers inside and outside the UK and EEA under appropriate safeguards), and delivered to us as a phone notification and/or email so we can reply. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We only involve others where it is needed to run the site or the service, and we hold them to appropriate data protection terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with your request and provide any services that follow, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact - after which it is automatically deleted. If you would like us to delete your details sooner, just ask.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@warrenhq.co.uk and we will sort it out. If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. This policy is governed by the law of Scotland.
